  2. Out of Stock Items

    • If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you within 2 working days.

    • Since payment is made upon delivery, no refunds or store credits are necessary.

    • We will offer you options to choose an alternative item from our collection.

  3. Order Confirmation

    • Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.

    • This email will include details of your purchase and an estimated delivery timeframe.

  4. Shipping Costs

    • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

    • We aim to offer competitive rates to ensure that our customers receive the best value.

  5. Order Tracking

    • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Payment Methods

Return Policy

  1. Return Eligibility

    • We only accept returns on items that are:

      • Undamaged

      • Unworn

      • Unwashed

      • With all original tags attached

    • The product must be in its original condition as received.

    • Return are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery

    • Returns will not be accepted after this period, regardless of the purchase date.

  3. Return Process

    • To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at returns@libaas.me within the 7-day window.

    • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.

  4. Refunds

    • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund.

    • Refunds will be issued in cash upon return pickup or as store credit, depending on your preference.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  5. Exchanges

    • If you wish to exchange an item:

      • Follow the return process

      • Place a new order for the desired item

    • This ensures that the correct size, color, or style is reserved for you.

  6. Non-Returnable Items

    • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items such as innerwear or accessories.

    • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged upon delivery.
